Besides.

The word "Obligatory" rocks, and I'm all for titles for videos being longer and more well thought out.

It beats "BERST V1D30 3V3@r.MPG!!!"

Ya, I had no clue that Obligatory Eva Trailer existed. I made my title up all be myself. At least I called it Obligatory Eva Parody instead of Trailer. I dunno, sorry 'bout that. Anyway, glad you guys seem to be enjoying the video!

Mike and Meri's video was quite around in the con circuit and was very visible. It did win a few awards so it wasn't like it was just released on here. I knew right away that there was a video with the same title.

On another note, I wasn't trying to be super critical or anything or say that video sucked because of a duplicate title or anyting. Just pointing out the fact that there was another video with the same name. Geez....can't even make a simple comment without everyone jumping down your throat about it.

You don't search to see whether there's already a video by that name? O_o I thought that was pretty standard. Check the song/anime combination, check the song, see what else has been done with that anime lately, check the name.
