You can pm the adminds, or drop a request in the moderator box for a username removal request. I'm sure they will be more than happy to remove the account for you. As for the stars you gave, I'm not sure if the account removal will remove the stars given by it. I'm sure it can be done, though.

You want to re-do your stars? That's not so hard: just give star ratings to any outstanding videos you haven't rated yet, then go to My Downloads, and it should show you all the videos you've downloaded and rated and give you the option to change the ratings.
