Suggestion//Challange: shonen-ai//yaoi

heh, I realize how hard it is to make these things XD I've only made one...i'd make mor but I now lack the programs needed X_X All I have is that windows movie maker thing >_< So I'm not demanding anything, even if I get a bit over hapy about the theme lol

Anyaw, forget my rambles! I'm sadened by the lack of shonen-ai//yaoi on this site...or in existance realy. So here is the challange:

-Create a shonen-ai tribute to a 'rare' coupling. an example would be Neji and Naruto (from Naruto) notsasuke and naruto (thats cute, but not for this^^)

-Any anime is okay as long as the shonen-ai overtone is there ^_^ I'd like to see some slayers or Naruto personaly though^^

...where are you looking? There are several. I've done a few (okay, that last one is just really bisexual), and off the top of my head and/or my favorites list here are about a hundred more.

And those are only from fandoms I know.

And there's stuff from fandoms I wouldn't touch with a borrowed ten-foot pole.

Most editors who aren't doing a one-off as a parody have made more than one of these things, so look at their profiles. Offhand, Starherd, Kumagarou, and Arigatomyna have done some good work in the area.

There are fewer BL videos than there are het, but it's a little disingenuous to say they're hard to find. Just look for them.

If you're looking for OOC/non-canon stuff from a particular series, that's a different matter, but you're going to have to be more specific in that case. Matching up random people is much harder in AMVs than in fanfiction, because you only have the series as it stands to work with. It tends to be harder to randomly make things up.

Eh...I really don't like Neiji that much, otherwise I'd jump on this challenge. Now, if you'd asked for a Shino/Shikamaru vid, that might be different. ;p

Really, though, I could do a profile vid featuring Naruto's relationship with Neiji, but it would be hard to do without including Hinata and when you go 'there' you get into the not really romantic so much as I want to hurt you for hurting the girl type realm - messy stuff that distracts from 'pretend' pairings.

Any other couples from Naruto you like? I prefer Sasuke, Shikamaru, and Gaara, but I'd be up for a challenge if it featured a character I like - I only like Neiji when he's paired up with Lee (Rock Lee is funny looking, but I could see a pairing there because I'm weird like that). ^_^;

As for shonen ai vids to 'fake' pairings, name an anime or a pairing and I can probably find one featuring it - unless it's really really obscure. ^.~
