Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Only have the low-quality XviD up at the moment, will probably get some higher-quality versions up over the weekend.

A little info in the post or the title would help... i almost passed this one up because there was nothing to interest me in it. For those who visit this post after me:

also I will post my opinion when i finished watching it a few times.# Song(s):
* Jim's Big Ego Vandals
# Anime:
* FLCL (Fooly Cooly)
# Comments:"Vandals" is a haunting song... from the mellow rhythm to the self-aware refrain, everything about the song is powerful.
Every scene within the video is carefully selected and reflective of the lyrics, the instruments, even the inflection of voice.
You'll need to watch this more than once.

Trust me, I know all about that. You were almost in diapers when I joined this board. And, had I cared, I would've posted more info.ChronoWraith wrote:A little info in the post or the title would help... i almost passed this one up because there was nothing to interest me in it.

In fact, I consider it quite insulting that you decided to take it upon yourself to post my video's info, because my post didn't meet your "quality expectations."
I don't care if you, or, for that matter, anyone else passes over my post. I was simply announcing it because it was new.

hey, i was just trying to be helpful to other people who read the posts here. I'm sorry if I offended you, that was not the intent. 1 year is hardly "in my diapers" and i see no need for you to get so angry about something so little as this. Again I apologize if you took my post the wrong way.

Do you not see his join date? Trying to help him is clearly an insult to his ego and his internet prowess. Step warily when the Bone is on the prowl. I myself fear for my life merely because I shortened his name. I am clearly unworthy because I joined four days after him.ChronoWraith wrote:hey, i was just trying to be helpful to other people who read the posts here.

Interesting video that makes excellent use of the footage in terms of lyric and mood synch, or whatever you wish to term it
Thanks for giving me an AMV to reflect on as well as watch.
I await the higher-quality version
