So start trying to decide on your prizes.

Gmail accepts 10 meg attachments. If you can rar your video, and then zip the rar(gmail has some thing against rar's). And have the video as a 768 kb/s wmv, I think it'll will just skirt by under the 10 meg mark.

Doesn't matter if it looks like utter crap, as long as you get it to me today.

You can either send the video to me by email, or you can upload it to gmail itself if your email can't send stuff that big.
PM me for name and password to upload.
(I've read the TOS thoroughly, it doesn't say we can't do this).

Otherwise, you could upload it to a free webserver, or your own, or put it on the org if you want.

i'm actually quite busy now doing homework like all night.. I should be able to squeeze in around midnight to start exporting..

(does it have to be in WMV at 10mb? b/c i'll be uploadin it on my own host..)

I'm dissapointed same as you, but the only one who can be blamed is me.
I didn't bother to hunt down editors and make them do their dirty work. This is partly because it was my first contest/project lead, and I had several personal issues going on nearing the end of the contest.

I'd go on a rant about how horrible of a coordinator I am, but I feel guilty enough as it is.

If it's on your own server, don't worry about the encoding, just rar it for me so I don't have to wait so long.
Rar or zip. Whichever's better for you.

Edit: also, have you figured out what prize(s) you want yet?
I need to know so I can get boxes and postage together and such.
