There are no legal, official, legit releases of One Piece DVDs with English subtitles, and bootlegging is discouraged here. The site you've mentioned seems to sell both official AND bootleg ("import"... *scoff*) DVDs and other merchandise. You don't just get three discs with magical English and Chinese subtitles for $30.

There is a very, very high probability that FUNimation (4Kids' distributer) will release uncut, bilingual, subtitled One Piece DVDs in the future (as they have recently announced and began releasing both Shaman King and Yu-Gi-Oh!, both 4Kids properties, as uncut, bilingual, subtitled DVDs). Until then, there are the original Region 2 Japanese releases (that contain no subtitles)... and bootlegs, which no-one here is going to help you with.

I got some bootlegs for a very cheap price. But, the subtitles suck a lot...

Sanji - Sunkist
Zoro - Sauron
Ussop - Crook Bu
Luffy - Rufi
Crocodile - Clock Dell
Vivi - Wei Wei
Baroque Works - Barrel Workers....

Yeah, it's messed up...

Now, how do you get a Tolkein created character, and some how make him come from Zorro? Honestly, a great swordsman did not become a powerful sorcerer over night...
