I'm gonna wait till that happens, I can't watch the Fox Box version cause I can't stand the voice they gave to the main character.

I've not heard the Japanese voice but it can't possibly be that girly.

Actually, in the Japanese version, Luffy IS voiced by a woman (she's the same person who did the voice of Kuririn in DBZ and Pazu in Laputa among other roles...)

Sassy JPN voices are pretty rad. We could only hope to exhibit that level of sass.
