Just log in from the main page of the website, and go 'upload video'. If you need to know how to do it in detail, check Moonslayer's Guide for instructions.

Well, it's not a bad idea to keep a link from another site like the one if you want to hotlink.

No, there's no hotlinks from this server, though you can link the video pages. Also, to note, to download videos from the local server people need to be registred here (just like you are, for instance) for two weeks or more. But, with the good bandwith and huge catalogue, it's usually worth the wait.

I really suggest you read over Moonslayer's guide completely, since it's short but explains how the whole site works very clearly.
