Fanfiction crossovers you have seen/written
Name all crossovers have you seen in a fanfiction, yours or someone elses. As for me, I'm writing a fanfiction that's a crossover between Sailor Moon and Evangelion. The weirdest crossover I have read was with Sailor Moon and Harry Potter. The writer had a fairly good concept going, but man, it was still a very odd read.

Go to FanFiction.Net and you'll have found the holy grail, that or MediaMiner.org.
They both have anime and anime/crossovers categories.
I had an idea time ago for a fic featuring over five anime.

The weirdest crossover I've ever read was...
Sailormoon and Doon (yes, the game)
***
I don't actually read many fanfics. A few Sailormoon ones here and there, some Ranma... can't remember most of them, either.
I'm really not a fanfic person, I think. Perhaps I really tend to underrate this whole direction of fiction-writing. Probably because I myself always had too many of my own original ideas to bother with it in the first place - that's not to say I'm better than fanfic writers! (in fact, I'm worse because I'm yet to put anything on paper, so to say) And then there's the fact that I've realized I have much more decent anime and manga to go through than I'll ever have time for, especially since I'm a casual anime/manga consumer at best.
And that's why I've never gotten too worked-up about them

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I've been reading anime fanfiction for about 5 years now, and the best crossover fic I've seen was a recent one - mixing Yu Yu Hakusho and the 'Harry Potter' books. There are a number of those fics, but this one was better than any crossover I've ever seen, and better than any fanfic at all for that matter. But it's lightly shonen ai, so I doubt it's what the creator of this thread is looking for.
As for naming all the crossovers I've seen...um...no way. That would take forever. o.O
I can name most of the ones I've written (not including ones that mix more than 5 anime together).
-Gundam Wing/Dragonball Z
-Yu Yu Hakusho/The History of Trunks (aka, dbz)
-Yu Yu Hakusho/Saiyuki
-Yu Yu Hakusho/Rurouni Kenshin
-Yu Yu Hakusho/Gundam Wing
-Gundam Wing/Inuyasha/Yu Yu Hakusho
-Gundam Wing/Rurouni Kenshin (though I never distributed it)
I've done more fusions than I have literal crossovers - taking the cast from one anime and placing it in the 'universe' of another. Some count those as crossovers, though the characters from the two anime don't mix.
As for some of the more unusual mixes I've seen...most of them sucked. The average fanfic sucks, as far as my reading tells me - at least in the anime genres I read for (only for the anime I've seen). I've seen a *lot* of Inuyasha/Yu Yu Hakusho crossovers, but every single blasted one of them has Kagome as a slut taking turns with all the YYH guys. o.o Disturbing stuff there. I've also read a pretty good Yu Yu Hakusho crossover with Star Trek Voyager, but I've always preferred The Next Generation, so it didn't hold my interest that much. I'm picky about my mixes - and fanfiction in general.
