Street fighter

I really like Street Fighter 2 V! My favourite character would be Chun-Li because she's my best player in the game Street Fighter 2 The World Warrior. One thing I find though, in the show, is that it takes Ryu and Ken quite a long time to summond their Ki (reminded me of DBZ). Sorry to pick on it, but another thing would be how during fight scenes, they would repeat the same clips to make the fight longer, like, how many times is Ryu going to punch Ken into the same pile of rocks (in Bison's fortress near the end of the series)?
Oh well... oh ya, I think UncleMilo is right about the 29 episode thing. I only rented the 4 dvd dubbed series (man, 7 to 8 episodes a dvd. What a deal). But I remember that each dvd didn't have the same amount of episodes, so it could be an odd number like 29.

I totally agree that really gets anoying after a while.

just for fun....i decided to bring a random old thread back to life...& how fortunate that it happend to be a street fighter 1.....well lets hope that people will continue posting on this for a little while longer untill it dies again... so shall i start?
well then....ive been a fan of the street fighter games bout the time i got into anime (about 14 years ago) & i have to say that im a very good player (like my avater?)....in fact i was a national alpha3 player where i came top 5 in my country (UK) i can pretty much play with all the characters....my most effective is probably akuma but my favourite is probably guy (like my avater?) anyways....i was so happy when the 1st animated movie was in production & when it was released......it brought anime to a new level i thought....that was 1 of the best films ive seen...it was great to see the characters from the game being animated to the tv screen....the fight scenes were superb & the special moves made it look even better.....however i was really disapointed bout the alpha movie...not to mention the live action movie.....ugh what were they thinking....sagat was short.....bison looked gay.....& not to menttion van damn was guile

the effects were sooo poor....the screen flash to assume the fireball & ken's dragon punch that didn't leave the ground BWAAHAHAHAHA could this film get any worse? QUICK...change the channel.....AAAAHAHAHAHA that was so funny....but the thing that my friends & i keep quoting is the 'AN REFUGEE CENTRE' we know that the AN stands for something like allied nations or something.....but its the thought that its AN REFUGEE thats written on the side of the barracks that makes it look that its really poor english & we just keep laughing at it....... anyways i dont really want to have this film pop back into everyones head & make you guys think why am i even writing something about this film when it should be locked away from society with the key thrown away because it was ....errr.....great.....

so im just gonna end it here & wondered what everybody else thinks......
oh oh...last summer when i went to the US on holiday (new york state) the only street fighter arcade machine i saw was Capcom vs SNK 2.....im not really such a fan on this game but i thought 'heh why not....its still street fighter (sort of)' & there were wuite a lot of people playing on it....so i also thought 'yay....i can make some victims to remember me by' & with just one credit i inserted...i ended up staying on that machine for almost an hour defeating about 30 opponents......they werent bad....just not as good as me.....most of them didnt even defeat my 2nd out of 3 characters...yet alone the 1st for some.....
anyways enough bragging from me cos you guys dont really want to know all that but i just thought i had to say it once on this site & hopefully run into any other good street fighter players that i can have a chat with

I rented a HVS animated SF movie back when I was a little kid. I was lucky enough to be about 10 yrs old when the live action SF, so I had no eye for good cinema at the time. I'd really like to see the SF anime though, if only they'd show it on CN....

Way too many favorite characters from this series. Ken, Chun-Li, Sakura, Karin, Guy, Rolentto(?), Adon, Sagat, Dan and of course, Akuma/Gouki. If you guys haven't checked out the recent American comic book series yet, get it. One of the best adaptations from a video game I have ever seen.
