And between those two you put the pictures 'url'..
Meaning you go to the picture on said site and right click it (when it's preferably at it's biggest size) then go to properties and highlight the 'url'..
You then copy the 'url' here.. (http:// blah blah, whatever, you get it.com/)
Or you can simply click Img under Subject, and it should put the [img]bracket%20already,%20then%20you%20click%20it%20again%20and%20it%20should%20put%20the[/img] bracket after you've posted the 'url'..
Now, if you don't know how to 'host' images, you can go to
http://www.photobucket.com/ and create an account there, then you put images there, and it already gives you 'url's to post.
