That's exactly my point. It's not the codec's fault... it's in the constantly changing, evolving, and improving of the codec COMBINED with the fact that viewers need to keep updating them. It's a trade-off, and it's really up to everyone on an individual level as to how they want to do it... both sides have theirs ups and downs, though ^^;;
I think I'll start distro-ing in 160x120 MPEG-1 @ 15 fps...
