Actually, most mechs look like they could lend themselves to Pez pretty well (in particular can see some amusing results with the classic RX-78 Gundam, Mazinger Z, and Getter Robo)

Ohhh! Voltron dispenser! 5 colors, and when you combine them, you get 5 pez at once for a better sugar high!

Liked the Gendo pez picture.

Now that I think more about it though, pez dispensors made to look like mecha and mascots would probably look more natural. Eva pez, Gundam pez, Zaku pez, Ryo-oki pez, Mokona pez, Totoro pez...
