I Want to Spend My Life with You
A simple video, really? I encoded with XviD, and The quality of the video turned out quite nicely.
What do you think?

I must say, the cleanup job is very impressive. (My R1 AMG DVDs look like shit). Although, this could easily have been encoded as full resolution. (How did you go about the cleanup, anyway?)
Honestly, the concept is nothing new. Drama and romance have been done to death with Ah! My Goddess. Bear in mind that this doesn't mean it shouldn't be dome anymore, it just means that there's a higher standard than for most videos.
That being said, a lot of the editing is solid. However, I noticed that a lot of the video (especially the first ninety seconds or so) was very linear. I wasn't completely able to tell what you were tring to convey, although part of that may be due to the way that I couldn't make out most of the lyrics (well, not on the first viewing).
It seemed that the flash-cut was a bit overused. It's a break in tone to do a sudden effect-cut like that in a romantic video like this one.
Getting away from the nitpicking for a moment, the beginning and ending of the video seem more solid than much of the middle. A lot of the longer cuts don't work so well, and the near-car-crash scene around 0:54 stands out here. It's my opinion that you shoud pick one main thing to sync to, be it lyrics, bass, or one instrument. You seemed to have some trouble deciding between them. Parts (especially the beginning) have musical sync, while other sections have lyrical sync.
Of course, all this is just my take, so add a grain of salt, ne?

Yeah, thanks for the opinion. I jused used normal Avisynth filters to clean up the video. I am surprised it turned out that well, since I have the Region 1 dvds as well for this anime. It sure didn't look stellar when I ripped the footage.
The editing, well, yeah, it can use improvements like you said. I still have much to learn in editing. I am far from being a great music video maker like some people on here.
