AIM thingy? Whats that?

Okay, I clicked on that AIM chat room thing in the member's sections of the site. It does JACK! Do I need AIM? I don't want it. Can't I use Trillion? I like that better. Any way I just want to know what it is.

I use Miranda, there you can select join groupchat in the AIM menu, i guess that Trillian has something similar, but you have to enter the channel name manually, the link doesn't work.

Whats the channel name?
It would probably be more secure to tell me thew pm, that way guests browsing the form won't beable to get in. But I'm crazy so I'm not always sane.

For me i can't join through trillian if i just enter the channel name. However if I get someone who's already in there to invite me, I can get in just fine...

Invite yourself with the channel name - works for me.

Room exchange needs to be set to 4. (The default is 5, which is for public chat rooms.)

If you're using Trillian or AOL's AIM client, try running this:
