Reign the Conqueror, exactly how bad?

Oddly enough, I actually kind of liked Reign. I don't really know much about character designs, but the show itself is not that bad and is pretty interesting. I don't think the characters looked too bad, they were just different than your traditional Anime.
The show gives an interesting perspective on Alexander the Great and the history surrounding him. It is a little hard to follow at some points, but it is still a very interesting story.
If I had to pick one word to describe Reign, I would use interesting (suprise, suprise).
Its probably worth watching once, that is, if you can get past the way it looks (unless your like me and think it looks okay).
Well, whatever. I'm probably one of the only ones who likes it, even a little. I'm so lonely.

I recorded one episode, just to see how it was, and I thought that the characters were really ugly, but also, as I recall, something about the dialogue turned me off as well. I believe I lasted somewhere in the neighborhood of one minute before I fast-forwarded to the next show I had on that tape.

I can't say I'd recommend that show for anyone...did anyone actually LIKE it? If so, I'm open to opposition.

my brother loved it i worry about him sometimes but i also question weather or not hes strait he likes alexander the great and the horse

Aside from the horrid art and character designs the dub was one of the worst I've ever heard.

Come to think of it, both shows kinda remind me of one of the Animatrix episodes.

The animatrix was all right. Some of the "episodes" were done very beautifully...I particularly liked the one that was based on Kurosawa's work, I think it was called "Program"
