where do ya get your inspiration/idea's

either that or the same as most people....watch the anime, hear the song, and think "hey that'd work good"

Ohhhh..so thats only to GET the inspiration to create them...whadda ya have to do to get the motivation to FINISH them?

I mainly get inspiration when I'm not paying attention to what I'm listening too..it sorta creeps around and then smacks me in the head as if to say "Hey! Why haven't you noticed this before! This song would go good with blah and blah or this and that.."

¬¬ hush you, inspiration is required to create, ambition is needed to finish them. and i don't get that very often.

Not to sound cilche ,but, I don't get inspered the video make themselves when I hear a song. I know this sounds weird ,but, really I feel more
as the music's medium and less like an edtior.

I feel the same way for my latest vid (not released.) It just sort of happened with barely any planning. There was a ton of acidental timing too, everything just seemed to synch to the beat. I'd just say hmm maybe there should be another clip for theis note, and I'd select it and plop it on the timeline and it fit perfectly. I even tried ajusting it a frame or so but it didn't work and I had to change it back.

Then I watch the scene and it works so well it gives me goosebumps.

For me, listening to my old collection of records, watching anime with my kids when they bring some home,

and mostly from watching amvs you people have made and thinking, wow, I wish I could do that.
