Problems Downloading
90% of the time when I try to download a local vid instead of having the DL box pop up asking me to save or open, a sidebar comes up on the left and then it brings me to a Microsoft "unknown error" page. I don't do anything different when the DLs actually do work. I know because one time I kept trying to DL a vid and emailed the creator who said no one else had problems, then a couple days later it worked for me. Then I was happy it was working so I go to DL something else and it doesn't work. Anyone know what is going on? I did make it so WMP is not the default for .wmvs too.

All right, I'll try it out.
I had another question. How are people getting non-anime videos (such as Harry Potter) into the search? I thought it was only able to enter anime or mostly anime videos.
...taking a long time to load. How do I use this? Do I have to uninstall IE? I use MSN Messanger and Hotmail. When I check my mail now, I click on a link on my messanger and it brings up my inbox. Will I be able to do that with Opera? Can both browsers run at the same time?

But it might cause you problems.

And if you would rather *fix* the problem than avoid it, try clearing your cookies when you get an error during the download. Log out, close the page, right-click your IE icon, choose properties, click 'delete cookies,' click 'delete files,' click 'settings' and 'view files' and manually delete the a-m-v.org cookie that usually tries to hide there, then go back and click 'clear history,' open a new IE page, log back in and try again. Chances are, if you get the error randomly, you need to clear those up, particularly the one or two that like to hide.
