Cell - we should all know as a major villian from DBZ. Ya know, that show everyone loves. 8)

Anyway, I believe was actually a mutated Cicada!

I think you're dramatizing a bit. I LOVE DBZ and trust me Cell does not look like that cicada in his final form. Cell might look a little bit like it when he's in his 3rd form though.
