Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Oh, I remember that song from Animix; I love that song!

I thought a ten-minute mix would get on my nerves, but it didn't. Overall some segments seemed like they were trying too hard and a few not quite hard enough, but overall it was a pleasant watching experience. :P

Really? I'm actually suprised you say that, all of the transitions were more or less simple cut-and-fade, because I in my newbie-ish ways didn't make the segments cross over enough to allow that much room for transitions (That mainly stems from my problem with MI:2 - they all go on for way too long and I didn't feel it was necessary).

Yep, and another track of mine as well =) Dreamland as a whole is really fantastic, great album to buy.

Thank you everyone for your support, and I'm glad you're all enjoying the vid!

Thats what I liked about it. It was simple yet effective. But more importantly, they matched the current style going on, and so it seemed seamless enough as if one person just did the entire project using diferent anime sources, using many diferent styles, bleded together well, rather than it being a colaporation effort by many diferent people. Which is a complement. Bascially you didn't do too much, yet you did enough little details that I liked it just as it came out. :)

As I recall you were on the fence about it, but decided to not join because you were having problems setting up the 24FPS editing?

Yeah , that was my problem

But now I can edit my vids with AVS scripts without any problem. I just need vid ideas to practice a bit more :? .

At least that helped me to join Animix part 5

Temporary (one week) direct link is online, thanks to Hitori for the mirror!

Working on establishing a permanent direct link, as I'm switching webhosts for thirdlensopen.com and plan to have more bandwidth...

Yup! But it may be longer.... Depends on the Bandwidth usage up until the end of the month. Then a new month for bandwidth usage starts next Saturday. Just looking at how much bandwidth the file will use.

And yes people, this is free/donated bandwidth from my site. Please be nice! :P
