Debut video - PSME, I know - Jude

This is technically my second video, but the first one I did is unable to upload. I used footage from the PSME OAVs, only, and the song "I Know" by Jude.

I can see problems with the video, but I'd appreciate advice on correcting the problems. My main problem was with getting the footage - I used ripping software to rip the DVD I own, but after converting the .vob files to .avi files I had a few problems with the footage in spots. Recompressing it with divx also seemed to create some problems... at least three scenes are noticeably blurry in the video, though the rest of it seems very clear and good.

Other problems I have most likely came more from the combination of song and anime than anything... I have some repeated footage, and the opening to the video is a bit slow. I spent about a week editting it, and I changed a lot before deciding upon the final cut. It isn't (even close to)perfect, but I didn't feel I could make it much better without loosing the feel I wanted to create. Concentrating on the relationship with Rin and Alice and their alter egos cut down the amount of footage I could use out of the entire anime, also.

I may try making one more video with PSME footage and a song that will allow me more freedom to explore relationships between all, or more of the characters. That would help with the problems outlined above.

Any comments, suggestions are appreciated.

Thank you, Alex! I screwed that up somehow and then couldn't figure out how to edit, and it wouldn't let me post again "after posting so soon." Also, I had to run to my class ;p I'm a university student.

Well i left you an opinion you'll find it at the bottom of the members main page on the site.And if you would like to view some of my PSME videos there is a link to my profile page in my signature where you will find all of my videos including those with PSME (my latest few are the better of the bunch).Oh and for your information there is no edit button just preview your posts before submitting them.
