this is my first AMV on this site, and im kinda exited to hear what people say about it.

i gatta say, this is one of my fav. songs by one of my fav. bands. i dont know why i did the unedited version. must have been on crack. for this video i tried to make a real feeling of hopelessness. towards the end i tried to ween into a sence of relief, but i dont think i got that... i gatta say, some of the transitions need clean up, and some parts im not sure if i got the timing right... aw, shit, if i keep going i wont need any advice.

anyways, hope you enjoy.

VERY Nice choice of footage for your vid ^^

Capture quality was preety good for a WMV

But the song it's a bit too long , I guess you have your reasons to keep the song uncutted , so , I recommend you to choose shorter songs for your next vids, and try a little sync with scenes cuts and drums beats or intruments of the song , just sync scenes changes with words or phrases , could make of your clips too long in some parts , and long scenes it's not a good thing on amvs specially if have just long scenes but , remember , this is just MY opinion about your vid , you don't have to really care with my point of view if you disagree with me.
Nothing usefull here .

GOD DAMN!! i cant thank you enough for takin a look at my vid. i've been here for like an hour just refreshing the page! (that might sound pathetic, but i was working on another AMV at the same time).

actually, i couldnt agree with you more on the song length. infact, usually i dont listen to anything longer then 2 minutes and 30 seconds. this one is an exeption, but its just a matter of access that i dont have the edited version.

and yeah, ill have to work on my synce and timing. i think sometimes i was on, sometimes i was off. the song length even wore ME down, and when that happens to me i just add random footage to just get done. also, i think i used alot of scenes that I thought fit the lyrics, for my own reasons, but took for granted that other people would see the same thing i do.

anyways, thanks man.
