First AMV we saw?

Particle Man to DBZ.... like, eons ago. And my 3 favorite AMV's of all time are Evangelion Opus by ShonenDizzyCow, Only in Dreams By Kwasek, and Mad World by Nightowl.

Worst AMV I ever had the misfortune of seeing - Master of Puppets to Evangelion by Maverick7013.

darn, my first AMV i have no idea who made it, and can;t even remember clearly what it was about. I remember it was good.... at least to the eyes of a newb.

As for my favorite, I don;t have a particular fav above all others. But some of the ones I concider outstanding are Glory of love (dwchang) The world she knows (corran productions), Memories Dance (Vlad G Pohnert)... to name a few

Worst one I ever saw? Some DBZ one I saw a long time ago that was just crappy fansub footage slaped to a random song with no synching, subs that you couldn;t even read because the quality was soo bad, I'm talking those realy old fansubs thats on 20th generation VHS tapes... it looked THAT bad.

The first AMV I saw was Final Countdown to Evangelion by Mirth Studio, at the time my son had just gotten me into anime, he really likes it and now has over 1000 dvds in his collection so I have plenty of footage available.
My favorites - thats really hard there are so many great AMVs.
Desert Blue - Desert Rose, to Ayashi no Ceres, by Tokyo Anime Studio, Molly Kipps my favorite
Chantilly Lace - with Golden Boy can't remember who's it is
Don't say it Ain't So - Center Field, With Princess Nine by Three Lonely Kaiju, also by these guys, FIGHT!, to the Mortal combat theme, I know there have been many with that music but this one is the diffinative video.
The worst? I've seen lots of poor AMV's, not always poor video or edditing, mine fit in with those, but missmatched anime and music.
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

First AMV I ever saw was Lord Rae's Turn Me On Mr. Deadman to DBZ (It's a good DBZ video) and a few others like DBZ Particle man and some other really old stuff.

Some of the best I've seen, that's very hard to say. My favorite of 2003 is probably "The World She Knows" by Corran productions.

My favorite of some older videos is... hmmmm damn I can't really say. Too many videos.

The worst video I've ever seen was a DBZ video with crappy quality downloaded fansub footage to Carl Douglas - Kung Fu Fighting. And believe it or not it's still no my computer for years now because it's soooooo bad that I absolutely love to watch it for some odd reason.

Humm...the first video I ever saw was either Anime Rudeboy's "The Hell That is Keitaro's Life" or Kevin Caldwell's Evangelion, Rammstein vid. Both were excellent videos, and I still watch 'em to this day. They were the videos that inspired me and got me into this whole mess of a hobby.

After watching those I started my first video, Goldfinger's Mabel set to Evangelion. I got about 30 seconds into it before realizing it was complete crap and so I scrapped the project. After that I began work on Idiot Cowboy, the only real AMV I've finished since. And it took over a year to finish it with off and on editing. So, who knows when I'll get around to finishing another.
