Art Section?

Umm... the reasons for the deletion of Off Topic are the same reasons that this Art Forum will never exist.

Yeah I mean, I don't think people will talk about random things like they would in the off-topic it would just be about Art drawing involving only anime.

It's not just the randomness... it's that they don't want to bother with another forum that isn't directly related with AMVs. It is closely related, but not directly. All the other forums are directly related with AMVs or with the site (except Heads Up and the convention forums [which are still closely enough related, and don't generate enough traffic to be a bother]).

You don't know this could be a bad thing....I mean it might be a very good thing to happen here. Taking life without chances and without change is boring as hell ^^.

Well, let's look at the situation this way: something may not be necessary, but it would still be nice to have it. To sleep, all you really need is your bed and a blanket, but wouldn't it be nice to have an extra pillow in there for comfort? Also, to extend the metaphor, telling us to go somewhere else, AKA Demonseal, would be like telling us to leave the room we like to go to another without the blanket, but with the pillow.

The problem with your metaphor is that the choices you make when you sleep are done for your own comfort. When opening a new forum, administrators and moderators have to take into consideration not only you but also what they are willing to put up with, and thus, the rules of the game are different.

It seems quite clear to me that those who are in charge do NOT want to deal with having to administer another forum, the purpose of which does has only a very tenuous link back to the subject of AMVing. Nobody has managed to solidify said link, and until that can be done I doubt you will ever get what you want.
