Nope, Mortal Kombat Trilogy - and to be honest, I liked it better back when they were just nintendo games. At least...I *think* the ones I remember were on nintendo - I knew all the codes for the moves with those. The newer games aren't as fun - the cheat for all the secret moves on Trilogy is way too easy. >.<
The most imfamous moment in mortal kombat history (and one which many think cost sega alot) was when Mk1 was released on the genesis, being the only home version (between the snes and genesis) with blood :P.

Bloooooooooooooooooodddddddddddd :P

And afterall... who could play MK without blood?

Awesome video though ari.

How many are you at now? like 96? You should totally keep a counter =D (not being sarcastic I'd really love to know 0o).

Was it on Sega, then? I know we had it, but not which station it was on. ^_^; My brother went through quite a few when I was younger.

Glad you liked it. ^_^ And the number should be at the front of the video file - 87tournament.mpg - so that's vid # 87. I did get quite a few deleted from local, so it's not quite as bad as it sounds. Only 13 more and we'll see if I can quit or if I'm all talk. ;p

The first popular ones were on Genesis and then SNES. Although, there was also a version for NES (which I never played).

Anyway, video.

Loved it. ^_^ That was easily my favorite of all your pointless action videos, and my favorite video using any MK song (though I still haven't seen Quahog Kombat). Also possibly one of my all time favorite action videos. I've only watched it once so far, so re-view value might go down. And it really makes me want to see YYH now. Stupid no-spendable-money dealy.

I never had anything before I got my ps1, but my brother had sega, then nintendo, then super nintendo, then something odd, into ps1, dreamcast, xbox, ps2, and another one that I don't remember (that he has now). I probably played the nes version, though I know we had two different games before I got one for ps1. ^_^;; My memory is shot.

Yeah, replay on this one is probably low since it's not that fast - you can pretty much see it all in one go, maybe 2 if you don't recognize the characters. ;p Glad you liked it, though.

YYH has some excellent action in it, and a wide variety - half of what keeps me entertained. The other half is the characters doing the fighting. ^.~

Meant to say this before, but I really think you should've cut the song. It seemed a lot longer than it actually was (same goes for every MK-based video I've seen). It started to drag, and I know it's going to be worse subsequent times.

Is there a reason you didn't cut it?

I think you're all talk. ;p You couldn't keep the One-Liner Ari gig for long, and I bet this'd be even harder. ^_^

 to video!

it's been a very long time since i've seen a good ol' MKAMV :D

so it was sorta nostalgic for me, heh heh

i have a friend that back in the day did an action video with that exact song, but he used dbz... and he had a very odd rythem to his editing sync
he liked to sync with the background noise you hear for example at 0:25-0:31, he's such a fanatic, he knows that that sound is actually Sonya screaming for that odd little beat they throw in there, lol, well it's more of an 'umf' than a scream, but it's Sonya is all i know and my friend (BuDaFuKa) liked to sync to it

me keeps this video to watch in mornings in place of drinking coffee, many thnx Arigatomyna 8)
If you're reading this, you've gone too far...PREPARE FOR RETRIBUTION!!
Don't judge an AMV by it's anime.. u nooB ;D

me too ;p

nice work, Makes me realy hate myself for not watching all my LDs before my LD player broke

I agree on the sentiment that it seemed too long though, Especially the part where they name off all the characters, I thought it was neat the first time how you did it with the MK dragon sign and all, then twice was like "erm...ok, well the song is repetetive, i'll give him/her that..." and then third time was just once too many lol. I was thinking to myself (this is getting old....) Other than that and some realy minor timing incosistencies (i'm talking nitpick level) it was very well edited. Good job. Its definately gonna contribute to that infamous "you are running low on disk space" message....

Also If you want I can nitpick Op it for you. (if your curious about those timing nitpicks)

Because I love the song, the characters, and the fighting. ^_^; I wouldn't have minded if it had another chorus (preferably with the fatality attacks).

Thank you. ^_^ Mortal Kombat was probably the first game (after Sonic) that I really learned to play, so the theme songs are favorites of mine. I think nostalgic fits the way I hear this music.

Glad you liked it, and I know you'll enjoy the Sensui saga - great action in there. ^.~
