These are two very general methods of building on amv editing.
Do you like to kiss? or Make - out?

Since I seem to sux0rs at "standard" simplistic editing, I'm stuck on M.A.K.E.

How do you like to do it?

Previous experience has told me that KISSing is much more entertaining and fun to make. 8)

To quote somone that had the MAKE Point of view.

"Apart from the bad points above i mentioned above ur Vid is great even without using any effects. Now i understand that a good AMV don't need to have tons of effetcs in it, the point is that it has to affect the viewer with its scenes/pictures/sound as u did it with ur AMV. "

KISS all the way, Effects are useless unless they are applied properly to help the feel of the video.

I'm into KISS all the way, but of course I'm continuously tempted into MAKE.

My solution: try new effects, but keep them as simple in nature as possible.

I guess that still falls under KISS.

I never really realized it before, but I have to say I enjoy the balance here at Aquiline: in general, Cyanna KISSes while I MAKE, and that works just fine for us.

I just skip all of those all-together and go straight to the inevitable PREGNANT, or "Playing Random Effects, Grossly Negating Any Negative Turnouts".
