those aren't old! Old is like... Astroboy or Kimba

And yea, those would be okay once in a while, though I lack DVD's and I ceased to watch TV over 2 years ago
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I watch some middle ground old (Mobile Suit Gundam 0079, original Macross, Dunbine)

But yeah...if you think Pokemon or Tenchi is old, you haven't been in anime long enough

:GASP!: There was anime in the mid-nineties?! That's inconcievable!! They couldn't have even had computers to make it on! They must have drawn it by hand! It's preposterous!

 SABER RIDER & THE STAR SHERIFFS!

That show was awesome. Also, Voltron:Defender of the universe twas kewl. Both from teh mid. 80's. I also liked some mech movies that were airing back then but can't remember the names. One was turning into a fire engine. Looked nice. And some was about aliens and such with 5 robos combining into one. Had something to do with Planet Gaia. Ahhhh good times. :P

You mean Tenchi Muyo?Or Tenshi something else?
Well, I used to watch Tenchi Muyo some years ago, on the channel 13 (TV BANDEIRANTES), when they had Band Kids, the girl there used to call any cartoon as anime =P, she was crazy!
Bionic six, anime?
Cadillacs and dinossaurs anime? NEVER!

Nah, old anime are the black and white animations that advocate once the Americans are knocked out of the fight at Pearl and sue for peace the Japanese will go on to secure South East Asia, therefore securing prosperity and glory for the empire.

I loved Voltron as a kid. I'd say the type of anime I really like is around late 80's, first half of the 90's.

It's weird going to anime conventions, watching 'kids' play anime name that tune, hear them play a theme from Ranma 1/2, nobody playing gets it, and then they make excuses how it's not fair that we play 'old' stuff.
