It's "Save Segmented AVI," I believe.Zarxrax wrote:In virtualdub there is an option to split the files as it encodes. I believe this option is on the save as dialogue box. Just split up the huffyuvs like this, then create an avisynth script to simply join them back together like so:
AVISource("part1.avi")+AVISource("part2.avi")+AVISource("part3.avi")

I'm actually running windows XP Pro... O_o So I don't know why it would be doing that. But I think I might try Zarxrax's method of splitting the files and then combining them in avs, it might be faster in the long run than finding all that footage again. Besides, I've got plenty of hard drive. ^_^ Thank you all so much, you have no idea how much I appreciate this! *vows to give you all hugs if she sees you at upcoming cons*VegettoEX wrote:Sounds like you're working on Win 95/98/ME. You're going to have a limit of 4 gigs for any file you create, really; it's just how the file system works (Win2K, XP, Macintosh, etc. don't have this problem).

Is the partition you're saving to formatted as a FAT32 partition or NTFS partition?kiarrens wrote:I'm actually running windows XP Pro... O_oVegettoEX wrote:Sounds like you're working on Win 95/98/ME. We need to have something that displays a persons gender so this kind of confusion doesn't happen anymore.kiarrens wrote:Hmm, I don't know... Probably the worse one, knowing my luck.
