I second Crying Angel.

It might not seem romantic...but there's a little romance in this one.

Also, if you look past the (somewhat) overused song choice, than this one is also interesting.

That's a great list Flint, but you're to modest. One that certainly belongs there is your What Romance Entails. It's not exactly romantic but it is about romance if by romance you mean massive amounts of Jelousy and betrayal.

You guys should all check out this vid because it is one of the few "romance" vids that make it's own story seperate from the anime. That and the fact that it's a kickass video.
