I suggest adding a link on that page to their larger profile. It would save me alot of trouble, as I usually find myself going through their last post to get to their big profile....

Exactly! I highly advocate the use of org profiles so I know who I'm talking to, but not as many people make them as I would like, so I feel as though I'm not getting to know anything about anyone. Just check mine out, for instance! It's got just about everything you could ever want to know about me, so you know what kind of stuff I'm into and all that.
