I'll be blunt. That ending was seriously unfulfilling. The way they ended where

possible spoilers wrote:Setsuna is going to look for his dead sister Sara in Hades

made it look like it's going to have a sequel or something. Unfourtuently, I haven't heard anything about a sequel so I probably should get the manga. I'm assuming the manga is more complete.

I remember someone saying that the anime was like the prequel and that the good stuff comes after that. Unfortunately, it was never animated so your best bet is the manga.

The manga answers all. The anime was intended as sort of a going away present for all the fans of the manga. They animate about 3 of the 20 manga volumes just to tell those fans "Hey, your support is appreciated!" Too bad because the manga is freaking awesome and it would have totally ruled if they had animated it all.

yeah but the anime is prety good, if you ignore the raping of the manga and that the thing is incomplete. oh and, seriosly if your gona make only 3 eppisodes why not just makeit a bloody movie ?

I completely agree that that ending (episode 3) was very unfulfilling. It was like leaving a movie when the previews were over. It's unfortunate that things like this happen. I don't understand how one can knowingly leave a series hanging like that, while hoping that the ending will be comepleted soon (if I understood that right).

I just don't get why they showed the preview of the next episode if they *knew* they weren't going to make the next episode. My first thought - they wanted to, but funding got cut.

Either way, those flashes of the next (never made) episode were what made me look up the manga - so they were good to clue the uninformed viewer that it wasn't really over yet.

The story in Heaven is of course the most interresting. I think this 3 OAV are very good, but we were not supposed to expect for a full serial. Too bad, because quality was very high.

Well, the manga is very good, the best of all in my opinion. I just don't know how any angel can fly with 3 wings!

the left and right wings are used to control direction, speed, velocity, inertia and all that. the middle wing is used for balance and to fine tune direction. it can also be used to acceletate/decellerate in one direction (my god, this is geting to me, somebody quickly IM me and start a conversation about the physics of it all. i need more stimulus of my grey mater, someone please help)
