As for the video... umm... well, as much as I don't want to sound negative, you do realize that we get dozens upon dozens of videos every week; and few vids by even the best known creators are usually expected.

My suggestion is that announcements be used mainly for announcing the already-finished vids; otherwise, they often just become useless threads.
