Annie (Rage of the Dragons)

Millia's Traits:

The combination of a slender build and ultra long hair are always winners with female anime designs.

Annie's Traits:

Annie's design combines a young sleek and mysterious witch like appeal.

The other two character are also well done, but lack some of the flare of orginiality that is found in these two. The characters themselves are unique, but possess a less rare quality, though equally appealing.
