How long do you usually wait before a local vid is up for download?

I'm not sure what you're asking.

If YOU are the person that uploaded the video for a local download, it's available immediately to all other members (well, those that have been members for 2+ weeks and/or have donated). Make sure that you have confirmed all your uploads, though; once you've uploaded the video, you have to physically click a link to say that it's been uploaded completely and correctly (you can even download it, yourself, to test it and find out). This is all done via the "Upload Video" link on your members main menu.

If you are looking to DOWNLOAD a local video, as noted, you must have been a member of the site for 2 weeks and/or have donated.

I made and uploaded it myself, but it says "NO" instead of "LOCAL" on the sid eof the screen when I search for it. Here's the link http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=31550

You might have better luck if you announced your video in the AMV Announcements section.

Also, a good way to get opinions is to trade them with other people who want opinions. A handy place to try that is the Opinion Exchange section.
