Feedback on cataloged Anime Music Videos

Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

hello...^^
i talked to phade and it seems like we have a new official .org IRC channel!
come join us and serv your videos...
:D now...here is a little guide 'bout IRC
first off download mirc on this site:
http://www.mirc.com/get.html
install it and then go to
http://www.mirc.com/install.html
look at the guide and do what he says
and if you dont understand then there are translations for the guide
http://www.mirc.co.uk/translations/index.html
now....
after you have installed mirc use this command:
/server -m irc.mircX.com -J #AnimeMusicVideos
and you'll enter to the network and the channel
its really easy to use now if you want more guides i'll give ya
i hope to see all of you there
(if you want us to host your AMV/s on our servers just say and we'll see if its alright)
all studios are welcome to have servers there
we dont have a lot of servers there but we will if you'll help
it'll be really cool to have all the studios AMV's there
(if you have any problems like:i cant serv cuz of my firewall or anything like that we'll fix that)
one of the moderators:plz make this topic a sticky topic

Hi, I think this thread would best belong in the Site Announcements or General AMV forum.. This forum is specifically for the announcements of AMVs. :wink:

There used to be an unofficial AMV IRC chatroom last year, which a few of the Org regulars created.. Too bad it didn't last very long. Congrats on making your chatroom though.

and we are tryin' to make a productions studio so that the channel will be able to give something to the fans on mircX
