I do think some can agree with the viewpoint of Knives without taking it to his extreme.

I liked Trigun, didn't agree with the message at times but enjoyed the show.

Knives look on life was that of superior being looking down at the trash. Which makes sense for him. The Vash and Knives could actually be seen as the devil and Christ. Both superior being to humans, one serves, the other wants to corrupt and kill them off.

Knives look on life is not new and isn't deep. He hated humans for being everywhere and ruining everything around them. It doesn't have to be taken to his extremes to agree with him. All humans when put in certain conditions eventually revert to a lesser nature, and do horrible things. Others don't.

Knives was my favorite character.

I liked Trigun. My fav. character was wolfwood and like many other cool characters he of course dies.

FLCL was also a good show although slightly confusing.

When it comes to final boss-like battles in anime, Trigun has the best I've seen so far, much better than Cowboy Bebop.

i must disagree. though trigun had a good one i still liked the bebop ending more.

Ya, I've seen DVDs 1 and 3, and I really like Trigun. I'm trying to find a way to watch the rest without paying money, ya I'm cheap.
