If you liked Utena, Berserk, and Trigun, you'll probably like Fushigi Yuugi. Sorceror Hunters is also similar although the plot is more episodic.

I'll second that recommendation of Ranma 1/2 as being fun and a classic, although it doesn't have too much in common with any of the stuff you have so far.

All the people posted here mentioned most of the anime and there is nothing to add, but I just wanted to emphasise on Naruto, truely a great anime.

umm.. how about witch hunter robin.. they say that the first episodes isnt so good... but the comming episodes are gonna be better.
