like you were saying before that you dont want it to become like pokemon and DBZ but just think if they would release an english version of a naruto game that would be pretty cool but instead of releasing it in big world wide companys have it distributed to smaller stores like comic stores and places like that then it will not be that bad 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

lol, actually the manga is a lot more done then what's been released obviously, just not all in english, they wait to release an entire volume in Shonen Jump, THEN they release the volumes seperately, this is because Shonen Jump is the distributor for the Naruto mangas, but i have a website that has around 23 VOLUMES translated! lol, so if you want to skim ahead of what's already released, pm me and i'll give you the site since i don't think i can further discuss the release of unreleased material any furtherJonathan02us wrote:The manga isnt completely done yet, its only up to volume 2, and it wont come out with another one for a while. So im just gonna watch the tv-series for now, they are both very similar and dont stray from the story. This is very surprising to me because normally the manga is more indepth, but they seem the same to me ...

but i don't know if that applies to manga or just for anime here at a-m-v.org

The companies in the real world are greedy, they want to make the most money they can, trust me because i've studied how the economy works. They wont just release it to the small comic/anime store because like i said before, its all about the money. I was looking on ebay the other day and to my shock ..deathdealer#2 wrote:like you were saying before that you dont want it to become like pokemon and DBZ but just think if they would release an english version of a naruto game that would be pretty cool but instead of releasing it in big world wide companys have it distributed to smaller stores like comic stores and places like that then it will not be that bad 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Yeah i've read that they have come out with manga volumes already and there are a lot too, but they just havent sent it over because of the translations, etc. They like leaving the readers on cliff hangers ...Daio Kaji wrote:lol, actually the manga is a lot more done then what's been released obviously, just not all in english, they wait to release an entire volume in Shonen Jump, THEN they release the volumes seperately, this is because Shonen Jump is the distributor for the Naruto mangas, but i have a website that has around 23 VOLUMES translated! lol, so if you want to skim ahead of what's already released, pm me and i'll give you the site since i don't think i can further discuss the release of unreleased material any furtherJonathan02us wrote:The manga isnt completely done yet, its only up to volume 2, and it wont come out with another one for a while. Um....does this mean I can like YYH without getting the criticism DBZ fans get? Do we get to start making fun of the overused and loud Naruto fans now?Captain Tylor wrote:I seem to remember about a year or two ago, Yu Yu Hakusho was predicted to become the next DBZ. There are probably a lot of shows that *could* become the next DBZ. I don't think the possibility Naruto catching up is that big a deal. Come get me when it matches/surpasses DBZ.
How many vids did we say Naruto had? 476
Most of which premiered in the last few months - and it's not finished yet.
YYH has 390.
There were 6 YYH vids available for download in April - the series is complete, and halfway through US release.
Yes, YYH is off the list as the next overused anime on the org (the title DBZ currently holds). And I'd agree, Naruto is getting there at a remarkable rate.
But it'll be a few more years before it can match DBZ unless those fansubs come out much quicker. So far all the vids I've seen for Naruto (except one) looked like they were from the exact same episodes, the exact same scenes used for the exact same action type vid. They'll have to use a bit more variety to match DBZ - at least with its wide selection of episodes you can see a few different clips in each amv. I doubt that sort of variety is going to happen when people are relying on fansub/bootleg/downloaded episodes for source footage instead of snipping clips off a US network (assuming they release the series as slowly as they have other anime recently aired on television).
If the rate of vids continues, it won't *be* the next DBZ. It'll be a thousand times worse because of the limited source footage.
