need ideas for a cosplay character

Im going to the mega con and its sci fi and anime, so im going as a jedi the first day and trunks from dbz the next. Im a girl so im going as the longer haired version, but I need Ideas for the clothes and should I make a fake sword

This is probably best suited for a forum on cosplay.

The clothes shouldn't be a big deal. Black pants, black wifebeater, yellow belt, purple jacket. The sword though... I'd make a fake one. A real one would be cool, but I doubt the authorities want to trust an otaku with a real blade.

- if you've seen the anime, you know what their clothes look like, don't you? O_o x2

- as for the sword, check the con's website about their policies involving weapons. If the sword is a major part of the character's look, you would want to make one, as long as it doesn't look like total tinfoil crap. ^_^; If it's not completely essential, IMO you're better off skipping it.

thanks guys I most likely wont use the sword. hey who the hell is phil..?

never trust an otaku with a sword, you never know when they might think they're actually an anime char
