Does CS qualify as anime?

Typically the rule in some contests is that the video must be comprised of 90% or more of anime/anime-styled CG cutscenes. I don't know the orgs rule on this but I imagine it would be similar.

Anyway, there's a rule that states precisely that, which is posted several times around the members/upload pages; read around the site a little before you ask.

I love the way they animate the words HEADSHOT and HUMILIATION in Japanese all over the place.

You're thinking of HUMILIATION on Quake 3.

The animation is mostly saying 'pwnd sauce' and 'omfg n00b'
