Does CS qualify as anime?

When you edit your profile and it has a whole bunch of anime listed so you can pick which ones are your favorite, I found the computer game Counter-Strike in there. Does this actually qualify as anime? If it does, can we submit an AMV done to it? Because I made a music video of my friends and I playing it, I was just wondering if I could submit it as an AMV on this site.
