Actually, Jacky Cheung starred in Wicked City. I actually wrote a paper on this movie for a class once. =P

Maybe I'll get to see some at ACen, after I cheer dwchang on in Iron Chef with my large foam #1 finger of course.

Unless I'm mistaken, the first DVD of the Directors Cut series for Evangelion (Evangelion: Ressurection) has some tidbits on the live-action Eva. Just thought I'd give a heads up.

Anyone seen the movie series Jingoku no banken?

I saw on the shelves on Best Buy. They were apparantly directed by Oshii, and I think Jin-Roh is loosely based off them.

Uh, you might want to do something about that sig. I doubt there is a rule about it but 330K is kinda excessive... not to mention content-wise.

Yes, that signature image is pretty grusome and disturbing. Though I have to admit, I'm amazed that THAT much animation was crammed into only 330kbps.

Do you even know what the term 'Production Quality' means? By saying that it has the production quality of porn, I mean it has very very cheap production quality. They rush production using digital cameras, extreamly cheep effects, very bad acting, bad filmography, and it looks like it was filmed in random places they they could find not busy for an hour or so between cleaning crews. (Not to mention stuffed animal luna who's CGI only about 1/4th of the time)

Thusly, the production has rougly the quality of Japanese porn.

Also, I am helariously disappointed by YUA! Live Action, it's pretty cheeply made and I'm positive that Kobayakawa paused for a second in one of her lines at the start of the first ep and they didn't bother to take another cut to get it right. :X

Neat to see all the vehicles and locations being attempted to be replicated however. I guess being a Third Watch fan makes me expect more.
