i was looking in eird screencaps and this one dude did a funny eva screencap and i was wonderin if u could put some up here and tell me if the iron maiden eva one is actualy in the series or fanmade

I don't know about the screencaps you're talking about, but about Iron Maiden: It's a dating sim that (I think) takes place in the other life Shinji thought up of at the end of the series (the one with the perky Rei, Shinji and Asuka are childhood friends, etc).

I have a feeling I'm wrong about that though.

so it doesnt happen in the series and its just a dating sim do u know were to get it by any chance

I don't know about the real game, but I have a fanmade (I assume) spoof of the game where you get to try to date the characters. It's extremely entertaining, at times extremely out of character & sensless, and at times extremely trippy. (If you use acid this game might be even more enjoyable too you) My only regret is that the game is slanted towards Asuka, and I've yet to find a way to get a truly 'happy' ending out of it.

if its a crappy looking flash game then i have a hint at getting THE most amusing thing in the world to happen. on the map where u choose were to go, click on all the trees, and eventually it'll be the one lady and then she's like IM GOING TO STALK YOU IN YOUR OWN HOUSE then go to your house and OMG!

LOL thanks for the tip, I still can't decide whether this game is the most pathetic excuse for a game ever (the worst game ever) or the best game ever made...

Yes, you are. Iron Maiden (or Girlfriend of Steel) is a dating sim, but it's supposed to take place somewhere in the normal series timeline.

Girlfriend of Steel 2 is the one that takes place in Shinji's alternate reality (and the one that has spawned a new doujinshi in Asuka magazine; scanlations of the first two chapters are available online somewhere).

Heartbreaker, if you're talking about the Flash version, then yes, that is a fanmade version of the game. The real game was released in Japanese only for the PC and certain consoles; I think PS/X was one of them, and I know one of the others was a Sega system, seeing as how Sega sponsored NGE and everything.
