Problems With Profile Pic

Ok, I wanted to change my profile pic. It's the same as my avatar except a bigger much better looking version of it. I found this wallpaper I really like and downsized it to 400x300 in Adobe Photoshop, which should be small enough to use. Well, I try deleting my old pic and then updating my profile with the new pic, and all that keeps showing up is a strecthed out enlarged version of my old pic at 400x300 and my old pic was at 352x240. Can someone tell me why it's doing this and how I can get it to stop?

The image is from my computer, but I guess I can upload it real quick and link it. It'll be up in a few minutes.

Another thing is that it might be filename confusion... but I think you'd know what you named the files.

Delete the old pic (or whatever is there right now) and log out. Clear your cookies and log back in and put up the new pic. That should help.

How do you clear your cookies? I have no idea what that is.

How do you clear your cookies? I have no idea what that is.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > and click on Delete Cookies

Ah, I got it to work. I just had to delete my temporary interent files. Plus I got a new avatar. ^_^ Thanx for your help everybody.
