how do we make those banners at the top?

do we have to make a certain number of AMVs?or what

On the main page there's an option to submit banners for voting. You have to have the logo on there, and meet the size requirement (explained in the banner section) but you can submit as many as you like. Whether they go up or not depends on the vote and whether they get approved to be voted on. You don't even have to make an amv to make and submit banners. ^.~
