Possibly maybe. Somewhat. At lot of effort at the very least, if one is performing not a combination of a few but employing ALL of the above 'features' in a single video.

But the future isn't here yet.

I agree, the lip sync in Engel really isn't very good. Dont you think that the lip sync in Believe is really great though? Of course its not perfect, but some of the best out there. Have you seen my vid The fanservice video: Bouncing back for more I thought I executed the lip sync quite spectacularly in it... In fact I think it even conforms to most or all of those rules you set forth.
