D/L ing AMVs

i was just wondering what i have to do to d/l AMVs. ive been trying but i dont have the right "authentication" or something like that. will i ever be allowed to d/l vids?

you must be a member for at least two weeks in oreder for you to download from any "local" source, this is to prevent abuse of the server...

But didn't he/she joined at 2002 before the Local server existed?

Nah, his problem is that everytime he clicks local he gets a login screen, even when logged in...

Well, if this were in 'Site Help,' I'd probably suggest you try clearing your cookies (and manually checking the 'settings' 'files' to make sure you get them all) then retrying the local download. Also, what exact error are you getting when you try to download the vids? How long have you been getting the error, is it for multiple local links? Have you tried Opera or a different browser? ^_^;

But Bebop's question is probably a hint - check your pledge status to see if you've been cut off from downloading.

i had a similar problem like that when i first joined before hosting was available. i would log in like normal and but when i would go to post on the forums i wasnt allowed in. try using a different browser or clear cookies.

And it's not a problem with cookies?

I've had it log me out continually a few times, but closing and clearing my cache always fixed it up for me.
