Character/Audience Relations

Which anime characters do you see yourself as, or vice versa, do you see a part of yourself as a character?

I see a lot of myself in Seta from Love Hina. Always smiling, trying to cheer people up from their harder moments in life. I wouldn't mind being able to fight like him as well.

Oddly enough, I can relate to Knives from Trigun very well. I have a real hate for the ignorant side of humanity. While I'd like to wipe them off the face of the Earth, the right thing to do would rather be forgive and possibly make them realize and understand, which shows my side of Vash (also from Trigun) and Shu (from Now & Then Here & There).

Hmm....I'd equate myself with Ami from Sailor Moon, and probably Hikaru from MKR, (for her happy-go-luckyness and strong emotions) ^-^

the only anime character I've ever truly related to was dubbed Masami from Generator Gawl. I'm loud and obnoxious like that. ^_^ I'm not that similar to subbed Masami, though. The two actresses take the character very differently.

Shinji from NGE, because he's quiet and avoidant, he has no meaning in his life (until he becomes an Eva pilot), and he has serious self-esteem problems.

Kyo from Fruits Basket becuase 1. everyone says im just like him...cept the hair of course...and the fighting bears in the mountains lol >> 2. Becuase i just am? I mean even my parents call me Kyo sometimes --;

I think I may be like Shinobu as well.

Good kid...friendly...wants to do her best but isn't perfection...really innocent...shy. I was definately like her throughout high school and probably my first year off college. Since then I've noticed I've become more hostile. Not so much as actually being nasty. I've just become a little more assertive. It's more noticable around people I know but I'm still shy around those that I don't know.

Personality-wise, I'd say either Taeko (Ai Yori Aoshi) or Kogepan.

Well Shinobu is a very Normal-girl like character which is why Its easier for people to relate to her...
