Hopefully this is not directed to me and my angsty poem. Ok it probably is. Anyway. Just for the record, that is definitely not how I feel. Trust me, I know what it means to take things for granted. I just like to get into others' POV...it's interesting.
I have some other poems. In fact, my a verse in my most popular poem is So always remember, life is a test
Aim for the best and keep in mind, you are blessed. Yeah, it's pretty craptastic, but I wrote it when I was like, 11. So I'm proud of it.
I don't get non-rhyming poetry. I dunno, maybe I'm too young, too naive, whatever it may be, I just don't see a point in most of them. Some of them are cool, like Majin Koji's I liked, but others are just plain boring.

We must exasperate
The Almighty Victor to spend all his rage;
And that must end us, that must be our cure-
To be no more. Sad cure! For who would lose,
Though full of pain, this intellectual being,
Those thoughts that wander through eternity,
To perish rather, swallowed up and lost
In the wide womb of uncreated Night,
Devoid of sense and motion? And who knows,
Let this be good, whether our angry foe
Can give it, or will ever? How he can
Is doubtful; that he never will is sure.
~ John Hilton, Paradise Lost

OK
ATTENTIONwhore
Poem v1.0
He wakes up funday
With a monkey face
He goes to the market
In a wooden case
And there he sells coffins
Filled with jokes
'til the time will be
27 o'clock
Then he packs his things
And goes to bed
He flies back home on a black cat
And the bed embraces him and bites
And they spend together a wonderful night
On foolsday he goes to school
He teaches mathematics
In a swimming pool
He makes students dance
And professors jump
And the principle smile
Like a little vamp
As they wait in like from his hands to take
Little bits of poison
Or a piece of snake
****
'n stuff
my poem kicks your poem's balls

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Paridoetry
I walk in the woods under the pale moonlight,
To see a hamster and a turtle locked in a fight,
And as the hampster cries in pain and fear,
The turtle spots a burning deer,
What the deer did next,
Left me so perplexed,
That nature was screaming at the sky,
It groaned like the overused rhyme big pizza pie,
The moon was lighting up her face,
This line was inserted to keep up the pace,
Look at how well these nature referances fit,
Like the flow and the thoughts of a Kids in the Hall bit,
Now why not some random Dr. Suess,
I can rhyme that word with oxiplecaluess,
I could go on like this for the whole of time,
But I'd have trouble coming up with more things to rhyme,
What I've got now is all that needs to be made,
Because I'm betting I've earned an A as a grade.
...It got me and A- in creative writing.
