Anyone have experiance in Live Action Lip Synch?

You probably need to look more at the practice of dubbing.

My Japanese instructor actually used to work doing dubs of Chinese films into Japanese. He told me the key is to replace the dialogue with the same number of syllables as was in the original dialogue. This can make for some creative paddings of the dialogue rather than accurate dialogue. Also sometimes he had to used slang contraction when things were too short.

Ocean Group, which dubs for Viz and others, has a system called Word Fit. Similiar technique may be your best bet. All the voice actor's recordings are digital. Wordfit can basically speed up or slow down their speech to match the animation of the mouth in anime. The fact it does this without changing their pitch is amazing.

ouch, I tried it, and it is really hard, mine was pretty much with just screams, but even that was hard as hell.

I have never tried it, but how about taking the clip of the person talking and use some creative speed/duration editing to try and make it match?
